AYVP Philippines 2016 MOA & MOU Signing Ceremony

AYVP Philippines 2016 started off this year with the historical moment when the MOA and MOU was signed between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (The National University of Malaysia - UKM) and three top universities in the Philippines namely University of the Philippines (UP), Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) and De La Salle University (DLSU) for the implementation of the programme in Manila, Philippines. Joint Statement on Postponement of Upcoming AYVP Philippines 2020

As the permanent secretariat of the ASEAN Youth Volunteer Programme (AYVP), the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and the AYVP Philippines 2020 co-host, the University of the Philippines System, wish to announce the postponement of the upcoming AYVP Philippines, which is scheduled for August this year. The new tentative dates for AYVP Philippines 2020 are 1 – 27 August 2021; however, these dates will be reassessed in December, subject to the developments of global efforts to halt the spread of COVID-19.

The University of the Philippines System is set to host the 8th ASEAN Youth Volunteer Program (AYVP) Philippines 2020 from August 2 to 27, 2020, at the UP Los Baños. It will revolve around the theme, Education Development and Education for All, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 4.
